Delivery methods

Currently we are able to deliver our goods to all countries of the European Union. Goods we have in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment. If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, the goods we have in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. Each customer is informed in detail about the progress of the order by e-mail.

We use two types of delivery to deliver parcels to our customers:

Pickup at the pickup point of the Packeta carrier.usually 1-3 business daysusually 3-7 business days
Courier Door-to-Door delivery (PPL, DPD, GLS, WEDO)usually 1-3 business daysusually 1-3 business days

In both cases, after the shipment is dispatched, the customer is provided with the package number along with a link to the carrier's tracking system to track the progress of the shipment.

The postage price varies depending on the delivery method chosen and the weight of the parcel. The exact amount of postage is determined during the order process according to the total weight of the purchased goods.

The goods are delivered to the customer in the condition and with the accessories indicated for the respective offer and shown in the photo.

Payment methods

We currently offer three methods of payment for your order. In the table below we offer an overview of the different payment methods we accept in our online shop.

Payment method

SEPA IBAN paymentImmediately or 1 business dayfree
Cashless via payment gatewayImmediately or 1 business dayfree
Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)Immediately5 EUR

The processing time indicates the time within which we are able to process the payment made by the customer and pair it with the order so that the order can be shipped. These values apply if the payment has been sent in accordance with the instructions (correct variable symbol and/or paymečnt reference/memo). Failure to provide or providing an incorrect variable symbol or message to the recipient may result in a slight delay in payment processing due to the need of manual matching of these payments.
